Delete your account

What happens

• We remove your name, phone number, email, saved addresses and family details.
• Your upcoming bookings are cancelled and any shagun credit is released.
• We also remove contact details on your custom puja requests, your review text, notifications, app notification tokens and waitlist entries.
• Booking and payment records stay, without your personal details.

Your account keeps working while we process the request, which takes up to 30 days. If you have a completed puja that is still unpaid, we will contact you to settle it first.
